Tomorrow we should be starting a new late game, David has plans for a Traveller game that should, all being well, become the new regular late game.

It's likely Jak won't be about for the early game this week, so it could be either a start to planning and character generation session for Harvey's Kingmaker (pathfinder) game, possibly with some Zombie action on the side, or just Zombies.

Whichever way about things end up, there are games running all night. :-)=

Just something else I remembered, did all the new characters pick a Trait? The little half-feat character details from the Character Traits printout?

If not, you're owed one!

Updated the page for The Embassy, now it's become the early game and added all the extra players. Everyone who has levelled up already has their level 7 stats, saves and skills.

Thanks to Paizo, who are sticking to the open content ideals of the classic d20 system and have published an open SRD, called the Pathfinder Reference Document with all the Pathfinder open content.

Also, the PDF version of Pathfinder is only about £7, so it's well worth picking up at the moment if you can't afford that fantastic looking dead tree edition.

The body of the weapon is a Creative Commons image of a civilian FN PS90, by ShakataGaNai, so cheers for that.

Stargate Recce 6 page updated with basic attacks from everyone.

The Tau'ri weapons table is a little incomplete at the mo as I've got to check the licence on the details from the Ultramodern Firearms Guide before I posts stats from it.

Someone has borrowed the Guide at the mo, so I'll be able to clear that next week and either post the complete stats or not.

The final icons, after a few goes I decided to make the longarms icons double length, just looked clearer and had less dead space that way.

I've been working on weapon icons for the Stargate Reccee 6 roleplay page, these are the work in progress images so far.

The SA80 are MP5 Public Domain images from Wikipedia. The Minimi and USP are from catalogues and the Walther P99 is Creative Commons and credit goes to Sirimiri.

I need to check the licencing on the Ultramodern Firearms Guide, so see if I can post stats from there or not.

Updated the page for Stargate Recce 6, up to date stats for everyone. Also more tarting up with unit symbol, rank symbols and so on.

As this is supposed to be a British expedition, not a UN one, I've changed the symbol for Mission Specialists to the United Kingdom Coat of Arms.

Updated the page for our current Tuesday game, Stargate Recce 6.

Added national flags, the Tau'ri symbol as a regiment badge for civilians and updated all the character stats I could.

Crazy and Zak, I'll update your character stats when you bring your sheets back. :)

Dave and Zak, let me know who your home regiments are, the regiment you served with before joining the Stargate program and I'll add the badge for you.

Stargate Recce 6

   Stargate d20 Modern last night

The Tuesday night game this week was Stargate d20, I was DM again.

After running a few weeks of careful exploration and negotiations, I decided that it was time for a more action based session.

It saw a whole mess of Transporter Rings related messing as the party tried to board a Goa'uld ship, formerly in the service of Apophis, now under the command of Sobek.

Bill (Dave) was mortally wounded in an intense battle with Sobek and his Jaffa, but the Explorers put his body in a Sarcophagus device and revived him. And that always works out for the best....

As a follow on from the Staff Weapon, here are some rules we used Tuesday for a Zat.

Zat'nik'tel Special - Electric 20' S Tiny 2lbs 28 Lic (+1)


Any model hit by a Zat, as a ranged touch attack, must pass a DC 17 Fortitude save or be Stunned for d4 rounds. On taking a second hit in quick succession, the target must make a DC 15 Fortitude Save or drop to -1 HP.

This is based on the preformance of the weapon in the Series, but I'm worried it makes it too powerful in the game. With unlimited ammo, stun and kill abilities, why not always use them for close up work?

   Goa'uld Staff Weapon for d20 Future

I've started thinking about running a Stargate based d20 Future game, so decided to have a pop at stats for a Staff Weapon.

Not sure how to set the purchase DC, as you can't buy them or sell them. They are alien artifacts, so should be quite valuable.

A Staff Weapon is unbalanced and horribly inaccurate, So -1 to Hit at range, but counts as a two handed weapon in melee, doing d8 damage.

Powered by a Liquid Naqahdah core, it has effectively unlimited ammo.

Here is what I've come up with so far:
